With the IPS Series Key Telephones from BBS Telecom,
you can expand and enhance the capabilities you enjoy with your IPS series
Hybrid Key Telephone system. While the IPS systems work with virtually any
stand analog phone, the IPS Series Key Telephones offer you a convenient
way to monitor your telephone line usage at a glance – a quick visual
reference of your total phone environment.
You’ll know instantly which extensions are in use or
on hold, simplifying office communications and efficiently routing and
connecting callers.
The IPS Series Key Telephones are a valuable tool to
assist employees in communicating effectively and working more
productively. The IPS Series Key Telephone comes in two
models:
IVT16N – Key telephone with buttons and indicators
for each extension and outside line. Includes speaker phone, message
waiting and many other features. Eight of the extension keys (108-115) may
be programmed by the user to contain either special functions or speed
dial numbers.
IVT16D – Includes all the features of the IVT16N plus
a 2-line, 20 character Alpha-Numeric Display to provide you with system
status messages including time and date, number currently called, and
calling extension number.
The name and number of the caller can also be
displayed when the IVT16D is used in conjunction with the IPS Caller ID
Hybrid Key Telephone System and Caller ID is provided by our phone
company.
Also, pressing the Call Id button will allow you to
scroll through the status of each active CO line, and the Caller ID
records of the previous 50 incoming calls. Each record indicates the date
and time the call was received as well as the caller’s name and
number.
The IPS Series Key Telephones work exclusively with
the IPS Series Hybrid Key Telephone Systems.
