BBS Telecom provides technical support to all authorized BBS
dealers. If you purchased your Plexus system through a dealer or
distributor other than BBS Telecom, please contact that dealer or distributor for
technical support.
If you are an authorized dealer, please have the
following information ready before calling the
BBS Telecommunications Technical Support
department:
1. Dealer Name
2. Technician Name
3. Plexus system type - Micro or
Macro
4. Installation site name
5. Serial number(s) of the Plexus system or other
Plexus hardware in question
6. Modem with null modem cable hooked up and ready in
case remote dial up is required*
7. The Plexus System Manual open to the relevant
chapter/section in front of you
8. Plexus Administration software and site
configuration open on your PC / laptop
* Please inform us the telephone number connecting to the modem.
